When Cherry came in for her session, she made it clear from the start that she was ready to let go, dive in, and enjoy the experience of being photographed by me- whatever it meant. I love hearing that from my clients because it means that I can really and truly create from my heart and soul with them. When the images I make are coming from a pure place of creativity, from the depths of my soul, that’s when things get really “real”. It’s such a beautiful thing to be able to work with people who simply want to enjoy the experience of working with me. It leaves me feeling the most fulfilled when I get to create unique imagery for each client as an individual.
I would not be able to create in this way, If I worked with people who weren’t as invested in me or my business as I am invested in them. I wouldn’t be able to create this way if I was working with people who just wanted the same experience or photos they see other photographers doing / offering.
I do things differently, and no two sessions are the same.
