& Maybe you want to know a little bit more about what to expect once you hit “send” on that inquiry form. I get it. Let’s go through the client application process step by step.

01. SUBMIT YOUR INQUIRY FORM

This is where you get to tell me all the things about you and your “why” behind booking your shoot.

You’ll share what inspired you to book. You’ll let me know if you have a specific deadline you need your final images finished by. You’ll also let me know your preferred method of communication; text or email. Once you submit your inquiry, I will follow up within 24 hours to connect with you and set up a consult call.

02. SET UP A CONSULT CALL

The goal of a consult call is to connect in a more personal way so that I can share more about who I am and get to know you better. I am also available to answer all questions, too!

When I connect with you via email or text after you submit your inquiry, we’ll set up a short time to chat in the coming days / week. Once we do, I send over my Client Experience Guide which details the session experience in its entirety, my pricing in full, as well as the booking process. You’ll review this before we chat and come to the call with any questions you have. See this post for questions to ask during your consult call!

03. BOOK YOUR DREAM DATE

On the consult call, I’ll ask you about dates and when you were looking to book. You will never be asked to commit on the phone and book a session during our call - not my style.

I love to give my clients the chance to mull things over, re-read the guide once we’ve spoken, and check their calendar. After the call, I follow up with a link to my calendar where you pick your date and pay my $499 session fee - due at booking. Once you book, I see it come through on my end and we GET EXCITED.

04. PLANNING + PREPPING

Now that you’ve booked your date, I will follow up with my Client Welcome Guide and next steps so that we can begin to plan + prep together!

My Client Welcome Guide is complete with next steps and what to expect as well as my exclusive vendor recommendations for things such as waxing, spray tans, and lash extensions. I will reserve my hair and makeup artist if you would like to book her at an additional cost. Once you sign the agreement and review the Welcome Guide I will send over my Style Guide Questionnaire so we can begin the style guide process. This is where I help you figure out what you want to wear to your session and even pull looks for you to shop online if you’re looking for new pieces. Essentially, I mm here for you every single step of the way up until the session day!
